Che made sure all the condo documents were checked and even called the condo management on questions he wanted answered or concerns he had before we put an offer in. He walked us thru each step so we would not be frustrated Or uneducated and got things done professionally and on time. Che has awesome negotiation skills so we paid what we could afford and what the property was worth fairly. Che always is on top of every step and communicates extremely well. He is very intelligent so he has or can answer all your questions. It has been a very pleasant, professional enjoyable experience buying thru Che.</p>
