As a novice buyer I had continuous questions about locations, mortgages, downpayment, inspections, home values -literally everything - and Che answered promptly and accurately regardless the time of day. Che kept continuous and open communication on all aspects of the viewings and purchasing, and combining that with his high integrity, he was able to literally remove all the stress from house hunting and home purchasing for this novice buyer turning the whole experience Into a joyful one.
