Che Taylor Let me start with this, if you are ever trying to sell your house Che Taylor is your man. He can make the process as easy as it can be and support you all the way like nobody else. Trying to sell a house seems easy at first, but in reality it’s a very complicated process where you need a lot of good guidance and situational judgement. Starting this journey back in November we decided to meet with three chosen realtors to figure how to approach this sale, get some advice and see who’s personality and approach would be the best match for us. Quickly we realized that there are two kinds of realtors, and let’s start from the one less appealing to us. The first of them, the one that didn’t appeal to us, enters your house riding high on their ego like a white horse and telling you why they are the best in town. One of them even went as far as too claim that his wife finished a photoshop degree at the university and because of that our pictures in the advertisements will be better than anyone else’s. Another realtor whom we met with that fell into this category was proud of his marketing strategies and the dedicated overpaid team working on them, proven to not really be a case after few internet tests. The worst thing of all with both these realtors we encountered was that it appears that they more interested in snooping in your personal life than at looking at what your house has to offer and how unique it is. Then they flash these beautiful market analysis booklets in front of you and tell you that according to the latest statistics your home is not worth much, despite all the upgrades you’ve done (and we had a whole lot of them). By the end they end up saying that if you want to sell you have to keep your price minimal because this is the way the market is. Looking at their sale numbers it is impressive to see the amount of sales they did, although the question in your mind remains: through the these sales did they really have sellers best interest in mind? Then we were fortunate to come across Che Taylor. Finally someone who has a vested interest in what you are selling; someone who can recognize and properly assess all the features that your house has to offer. Che is a man who’s proud of his success’ as a realtor (for last 18 years), but still can be humble about it. Che is very real man, tells you like it is. He doesn’t ride up in a shiny car and he certainly doesn’t tell you bedtime stories. The most important things of all is that he can see the real value in your place and stands behind his assessment. With Che you don’t need to worry he is with you all the way, any question, any advice you need he is there for you. He’s very punctual and responsive. Anything you need, even if you sold already, he is still willing to help you out with in a blink of an eye. Che’s experience really worked to our advantage here and as a result we walked away with 50k extra in our pocket than what the other realtors told us we could get. On December 15 our sale was finally closed. Che, we are so happy we found you.

Small old house on wrong side of street , a tough sell with small commission. Figured I would end up at the bottom of a long list but signed on anyways. His top notch professionals came the next day and the listing was up that evening. It was amazing , beautiful pictures and a great presentation. Every day for months I seen or talked with Che , daily viewings , bringing his own clients , inspections and on going work updates ,etc. I'm still in shock , this guy is the best around and he put an incredible amount of time into my little house sale. He truly has a work ethic second to none . Thanks for all the hard work Che !
