Che is a very good realtor. He helped us to find our first home.Never pushed us for any sales.Was always fair in his opinions. We enjoyed working with him.We rate him 100% for his professionalism and getting us a good deal.Would love to work with him again in future.

Che was very helpful in assisting with the purchase. He was very responsive and provided excellent advice, particular in guiding me through potential pitfalls and warning signs. He relieved me of having to search around for related services, such as providing me a recommendation for an inspector. Che has helped me a number of times over the years, and I will continue to turn to him for assistance when buying and selling properties.

It was nice dealing with Che. A couple of years ago we bought our home with his help and I would still recommend his services. A pleasant person to deal with, very professional and helpful at the same time.

Che was amazing to work with. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing, but he helped and advised me every step of the way. He even provided recommendations for home inspections and a lawyer, both of whom were excellent. He was also very punctual, got all paperwork done right away, and responded instantly to any questions I had. The most important thing to me was that he never once tried to sell me on a house. He was very knowledgeable about things to look for, and pointed out any possible issues he found. I look forward to working with him again in the future, and would comfortably recommend him to anyone.
