Amy is the only agent you'll need: fantastic, organized, professional, kind, and - most importantly - honest. She combines her experience and expertise about the housing market in Vancouver with her eagle eye for details (even just looking at a listing online or taking a quick walk through an apartment/condo) to make your life as a prospective buyer as smooth and stress-free as possible. My partner and I were so grateful for her shared knowledge about the various neighborhoods, buildings (and their history, management, stratas, staff, etc.), and even specific units we explored. Amy helped us look for the right things and ask the right questions to ensure we would find what we really wanted. We never felt pressured thanks to her patient, don't-jump-the-gun attitude. When we finally found our desired home, she did a deep dive for data about similar properties to help us negotiate the best possible deal. We cannot recommend her enough... A+++++!
