<p>I have so many thoughts to recommend the lovely Amy that I don’t know where to start. She is a remarkable agent who I felt truly valued and supported our first time home-buying experience, our ideas and our vision. She is warm, friendly and approachable. She took the time to show us that she valued our relationship. We knew that we could depend on her judgement and honesty as we went through the process. Amy didn’t hesitate to give a fair and honest opinion or to ask important questions of the selling agent. In a competitive market, we saw a few places that we thought “we could work with,” for fear of missing out. Amy always knew when something better would come along. We found the perfect home and with Amy’s amazing support and guidance we were successful in a short-timeframe-multiple-offer situation. Some realtors might be too cautious to give real advice on bid targets, or give an honest reaction when the home just doesn’t seem like the best fit. But Amy’s honest assessments were spot on. She has a realistic, data driven, market aware advice approach that we found essential. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market and had great online infrastructure to support our targeted search. 5 Months later, she even sent me a birthday card. Thank you Amy!!!!</p>

Amy helped us buy our first home — the condo of our dreams. She helped us understand every step of the process and paperwork and, when it was time to make an offer, she had the perfect strategy to get the place at a fair price. We were so pleased with her professionalism and knowledge. A few years later, when it was time to move cities, she helped us again with fantastic staging and strategy. Amy made my partner and I comfortable from the start. As strange as it was to go into the market during a pandemic, Amy made sure that we understood the ins and outs of the process. She gave us great advice on where to look and what to look for, and helped us find the home we wanted. She also helped by putting us in contact with other professionals to guide us towards our purchase - mortgage brokers, home inspectors, etc. Thanks to Amy, we found the home of our dreams - and she got us a great deal, which just makes it all the better.

Amy is a fantastic agent to work with. She's knowledgeable, upbeat and extremely patient. When looking to buy, she did a deep dive into neighbourhood comps, which really set us up for success with making our offer. She knows how to deal with difficult agents on the other side and protected us as clients, ensuring we didn't overpay or go over our budget. Amy was also able to turn our townhouse around and get it listed in under a week. From having it cleaned, lightly staged, photographed and listed to sell. It sold a week later! She was extremely organized and on the ball with both properties, and helped make a very stressful time as calm as possible for us. We'd highly recommend Amy!

Amy is the only agent you'll need: fantastic, organized, professional, kind, and - most importantly - honest. She combines her experience and expertise about the housing market in Vancouver with her eagle eye for details (even just looking at a listing online or taking a quick walk through an apartment/condo) to make your life as a prospective buyer as smooth and stress-free as possible. My partner and I were so grateful for her shared knowledge about the various neighborhoods, buildings (and their history, management, stratas, staff, etc.), and even specific units we explored. Amy helped us look for the right things and ask the right questions to ensure we would find what we really wanted. We never felt pressured thanks to her patient, don't-jump-the-gun attitude. When we finally found our desired home, she did a deep dive for data about similar properties to help us negotiate the best possible deal. We cannot recommend her enough... A+++++!
