Amy was the perfect agent for our needs. As first time homebuyers we really needed someone to guide us through the process and could provide advice. Amy has such great experience and what I really appreciated is that she doesn't just sugarcoat things either, if there is a pitfall you're missing she'll look out for you. We really appreciated her patience and consideration. We never felt rushed and gained a lot of comfort from having someone we could trust in our corner.

My partner and I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Amy. We first met her and her business partner Danielle early in our home search and were immediately impressed by how warm, knowledgeable, and professional they both were. As first-time home buyers, we had a lot of questions, and Amy was there for us every step of the way. She was incredibly thorough in walking us through the process, always responsive to our inquiries, and proactive in sending us listings that aligned with our needs. When we first met Amy and Danielle, Amy informed us that she was going on vacation for a few weeks. She assured us we were in good hands, and the two of them work flawlessly as a team. She also joked that my partner and I were going to submit an offer before she had returned - which actually ended up being true! Upon her return, we were at the stage of subject removal and deficiency walkthroughs, and she seamlessly picked up where she left off. She was also responsive on vacation, although we encouraged her not to be! Given how smoothly everything went, I think that is a strong testimony of her organizational skills as a realtor. Beyond her work on the buy-side, we were also impressed by the quality of the listings she represented as a selling agent—well-presented, thoughtfully staged, and clearly marketed with care. Overall, Amy made what can be a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth and enjoyable. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the Vancouver area!

On both occasions she has helped us secure properties at great deals and has a way with negotiating. She is also so helpful after an offer is accepted and is meticulous with reviewing documents and helping with logistics such as coordinating financing etc. Best realtor around. Highly recommend.
