Amy sold my condo. My experience with her was fantastic! She really took the time to understand my own individual needs and was able to guide me through a difficult market. Amy provided everything required to get the job done - from furniture for staging to final cleaning for the new owner - it was nice to not have to worry about any additional tasks. Her negotiation skills are excellent and she is well versed in North Van real estate. I would highly recommend Amy as a realtor - she fought hard for me and I am happy with the final outcome.

Love working with Amy. 5 stars! We just completed our 2nd purchase with her and I always feel like I'm working with my parter in crime. She understands what I'm looking for, and helps inform me on things that are outside my understanding. She listens and works real hard for her clients - very much a client first mentality. Highly recommend.

Amy did a fantastic job helping us get our dream starter home. She made the process a lot of fun, and she didn't mind us taking our time. She also did a great job lining up showings while working with our busy schedules, and wasn't afraid to advocate for us when dealing with other realtors. She was recommended to us from a friend, and we will be recommending her to our friends now too!

Working with Amy was such a pleasure! She is incredibly proficient in her work, which immediately made us feel like we were in great hands. My partner and I had very different needs and wants, but she helped us find the perfect balance and ultimately a home that worked beautifully for both of us. Five stars for Amy Trebelco. She was extremely responsive and gave clear, thorough and thoughtful explanations at every step, so we always felt supported. Her deep experience really shows, and her team/resources (cleaners, painters, etc.) made everything seamless. My wife, daughter, and I feel very fortunate to have worked with her—our daughter still asks about “Ms. Amy.” Highly recommend.

I can’t think of anyone as good at their job as Amy - super smart, always quick to respond, and extremely knowledgable. We learned so much. Plus she is so friendly and outgoing we genuinely looked forward to spending our weekends with her! As first time homebuyers we knew very little about what to expect. Amy guided us through the whole process with ease, start to finish, giving us the confidence and reassurance we needed. 11/10, could not recommend her enough! Thank you for finding us our home!!
