Amy is the best! She is extremely good at what she does, and makes the process so much more enjoyable and less stressful for her buyers and sellers. We were first time buyers and she helped us understand the entire process and ultimately find the perfect home! She had a keen understanding of what will work for her clients, and expert negotiation skills to get them a fair deal. Best of all, it is delightful spending time with her while you hunt for your home. I can’t recommend Amy enough, whether you are first timers or experienced buyers/sellers.

I can't say enough good things about Amy. We were first time buyers. She helped us buy a condo in a very competitive market and we absolutely love our home and stayed within budget. Amy is personable, knows the market and has integrity. She never pressured us, was always honest and we wholeheartedly trust her. She is a professional and very experienced. She wants her clients to buy the property that they want, but will also be honest, pointing out issues with buildings when she sees them. She comprehensively reviewed strata documents on multiple properties for us, making sure we knew about upcoming expenses and pointing out foreseeable issues that we would have missed. She also did an extensive analysis to get our bank to agree to a 24 hour turn around on approving a property for financing. We shopped around for our mortgage and when the brokers received the property analysis, they told me that this isn't standard for a realtor to take on this work for a client and that we were very lucky! In a market where everyone has decided to become a realtor, it's hard to find one that isn't just in it for money. Amy was recommended to us by a friend, so we were lucky. I wanted to write this review to help others. Amy is truly a wonderful person and also an exceptional realtor. I hope she likes us, because she's stuck with us as clients for future real estate needs. I HIGHLY recommend Amy and the Mary Cleaver Group!
