I connected with Amy near the beginning of the pandemic and she helped me navigate my first-time homebuyer nerves at a time when the real estate market in Vancouver was also rocky. I had very specific wants for my first home, and Amy was patient with me with the many "no's" that came my way, as well as giving me honest guidance on some "yes's" that may not have been the best choice. The home that I landed with was not without its challenges as the seller was not the most easy to deal with, but I completely trusted Amy to negotiate what was best for me - and it all worked out! So grateful to have had such a positive working experience with Amy and I would recommend to her again & again!
