<p>Al was spot on fabulous! With us being new to Edmonton, he was very good at taking the time up front to introducing us to the various neighbourhoods. This enabled us to make an informed decision on the communities which most interested us and helped make the best use of our limited time to look for viable home options. He was excellent at helping us note flaws as well as benefits to each property we visited and helped us by doing research on communities, green space plans and schools. Most importantly, we NEVER felt rushed to make a decision. Al was definitely most interested in helping us find the right home.</p> <p>I also want to point out that Al's contacts in the community came in very handy as we embarked on renovations. He found us quality companies, who operated with integrity and concern for customer satisfaction.</p> <p>I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Al as a realtor. I know we found the right home because of his patience, guidance and knowledge.</p>

<p>Al is one of those rare people whose skills, talents, and capabilities cannot be overstated. It has been an incredible pleasure working with Al, or rather, having him work on my behalf on three separate transactions over the last dozen years.</p> <p>More specifically, his advice comes from years of experience and knowledge of the industry. He has intimate knowledge of all of Edmonton's neighbourhoods, and never holds back sharing it with you, the good and the bad. He will warn you away from an undesirable purchase rather than just let you make a mistake so he can pocket a commission. Not only is his advice and council invaluable during your search and negotiation, but if you are new to Edmonton, as we were, you can contact him (for years afterwards in our case) picking his brain on anything from reliable contractors to trends in real estate markets.</p> <p>Al is jovial and engaging, keenly intelligent, amazingly accessible, and genuinely interested in making your purchasing or selling experience as all-round rewarding as possible - and he succeeded every time we called on him.</p> <p>He has an incredibly shrewd business sense as well. In each transaction that we were involved in with him, he wrote the contract to our added benefit, and on one occasion we were pleasantly surprised to find out that not only had our offer been accepted, but he had even negotiated more favourable terms on our behalf!</p> <p>As I have mentioned, twelve years, three transactions, and I cannot say enough about this incredible man, or recommend him enough to you. I know it sounds over the top, but really, if you give Al a call, you will find his service to be over the top as well, and you will be over the moon at how well everything works out because of him. I know that as long as I'm in Edmonton (or nearby!), and as long as Al is still available, I will be looking forward to calling on his services when the time comes.</p> <p>Please note, I am an actual customer, and I haven't received any incentive for recommending Al, other than wanting to take this opportunity to thank him for all he has done for me and my family. 5 stars out of 5, no, wait! 8 stars out of 5!</p>

<p>Al is an exceptional realtor. Me & my wife were moved from Vancouver to Edmonton. Al was referred by one of the realtor from Vancouver.</p> <p>Due to our high demands and expectation in houses it's really tough to find a perfect house with certain features, options and location. Al is very patient unlikely many realtors as we have looked at many different houses. I would highly recommend Al to any home buyers!</p>
