Al has been the perfect real estate professional for our family. He helped and guided us through the process of purchasing our new home with openess and honesty. He made himself available at all hours over the Christmas holidays while maintaining a very positive outlook. He was quick to get answers to any questions we had and negotiated fiercely on our behalf. This is the second time Al has assisted our family with a home purchase and we would recommend him to anybody who is looking for a pleasant and professional home purchasing experience.

We were looking at possibly downsizing and had Al in mind to sell our home and earn his fees. As it turned out, we were able to stay in our house and it was Al who pointed that out. He looked out for our best interests even though it means that he will not receive the fees for the sale. I appreciate his honesty and his dedication to his clients and their needs over his own. Definitely recommend and when the time comes to sell, we will definitely be reaching out to Al.

Al worked very hard to sell our home in a buyer's market. He was able to separate the non-serious and serious buyers to simplify the process. He was very clear about health protocols. Both my wife and I are Seniors with mobility issues and Al always took that into account when he needed to meet us at the house and he completed small repairs for us. Even though the house was vacant he made sure we knew when any showings were to take place. His virtual staging of the house added to the listing. He was upbeat and positive despite four offers falling through while being honest about any shortcomings in the house.

Al Dredge was very professional and helpful. I indicated that I did not get the value desired from this transaction because the market was lower for the sellers. It was not a good time of 2019 to sell and had nothing to do with our real estate agent. Thank you for your hard work.
