We just sold our condo and bought a house with Al and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. Al is extremely knowledgeable in all things real estate (and beyond), he helped us through every step of buying and selling, his contacts for a house inspector and photographer did a great job, and he negotiated really well on our behalf. We’re so happy with our new place, and grateful to have had Al during a stressful time to buy houses given how quickly they are being sold. He 100% is always looking out for the best interest of his clients. His communication is clear and quick, not only with us but with the other parties involved, and he never pressured us into buying or selling, which helped us buy and sell at really fair prices and just generally cut down on the stress. Al has gone above and beyond in helping us out, answering questions, arranging for inspections, meetings, papers to be signed, giving us advice on how to get our place ready for selling, tons of advice on future maintenance things to look out for, calling just to keep us updated on the status of offers/closing, arranging for us to go to the new house before possession to get an A/C quote, and making sure in general that everything is going smoothly! If everyone had a real estate agent like Al, people wouldn’t complain about paying commission anymore (except for maybe the perpetually grumpy and angry people in the world that complain about even the best of things in life). I was looking for a house for about 3 years. After being through two Realtors. I was almost at a lost. I didn't think I was going to find my first house. I was a picky buyer, and was looking for a house in three different areas of the city and I was not going to give up hope. Al took the time, and didn't waste my time on trying to show me houses in areas that I wasn't interested in buying in. He really did consider my location and my wants and needs out of the house. I am so forever grateful for meeting Al and I am now successfully a homeowner.
