<p>We really highly recommend Al. He went way beyond the call of duty. We really needed to do maintenance on our home and he recommended competent professionals. Al kept in contact with us and was always upbeat and cheerful. He was knowledgeable about the market. He has recommended a lawyer to us. Al, has a great deal of wisdom as well as knowledge about real estate. He was a real joy to work with.</p>

<p>Al had many homes to show us and all met our criteria. He is extremely patient and his knowledge was appreciated. He showed us a range of prices, styles and neighbourhood. When moving across Canada the variety was appreciated since we better understood value for a particular price range. There are few realtors with Al's extensive experience; I would highly recommend him.</p>

<p>This was my first home purchase and Al was the right man for the job. I had an idea of what I wanted and gave that information to Al, he came up with a list of potential properties quickly and off we went. The first set of properties met the criteria that I had given to Al but I quickly realized that they were not what I wanted after all. It seems as if Al knew better what I wanted than I did myself since the next set of properties he presented were perfect! The whole process took a mere 1-2 weeks from speaking with Al to putting an in an offer on my now home. He was very knowledgeable about all of the properties, gave advice on potential issues, made a great recommendation for a home inspector and made the whole process so simple and easy. I work in customer service and pride myself on providing a level that exceeds my customers expectations but rarely do I receive the same, Al has done that, I would recommend him to any and all potential home buyers.</p>
