<p>This was my first home purchase and Al was the right man for the job. I had an idea of what I wanted and gave that information to Al, he came up with a list of potential properties quickly and off we went. The first set of properties met the criteria that I had given to Al but I quickly realized that they were not what I wanted after all. It seems as if Al knew better what I wanted than I did myself since the next set of properties he presented were perfect! The whole process took a mere 1-2 weeks from speaking with Al to putting an in an offer on my now home. He was very knowledgeable about all of the properties, gave advice on potential issues, made a great recommendation for a home inspector and made the whole process so simple and easy. I work in customer service and pride myself on providing a level that exceeds my customers expectations but rarely do I receive the same, Al has done that, I would recommend him to any and all potential home buyers.</p>

He found a condominium home for me, which seemed disappointing at first, since I had always lived in a single family home. However, he showed me how it could be renovated at a reasonable cost to become a comfortable home. He suggested trades people which helped me organize the work. The place turned out better than I could have imagined and has become a peaceful place for me to live.</p> <p>Al is exceptional at what he does. He had a way of seeing through my wants and provided just the right property that I needed at that time. This saved me time and reduced my stress in what was a very anxious period of my life. Al's experience gives him the ability to answer any questions that may arise. He was able to help me with financing, dower release, and negotiate a reasonable price for the property.</p> <p>I can't thank him enough.
