The principle reason that we choose Mr Dredge in 2017 was his ethics as a realtor. In 1989 we were transferred to Edmonton. Mr Dredge was recommended to us by our Calgary Realtor. Mr Dredge selected a number of Edmonton properties based on our criteria. After a number of showings and listening to our comments Mr Dredge suggested to us that we were looking for a new home not a pre owned home. Mr Dredge spent many hours with us, he did not receive any commission from our home purchase. We said that if we ever sold our home Mr Dredge would be our realtor. Mr Dredge was our realtor when we sold our Edmonton home in 2018. We highly recommend him.
