The principle reason that we choose Mr Dredge in 2017 was his ethics as a realtor. In 1989 we were transferred to Edmonton. Mr Dredge was recommended to us by our Calgary Realtor. Mr Dredge selected a number of Edmonton properties based on our criteria. After a number of showings and listening to our comments Mr Dredge suggested to us that we were looking for a new home not a pre owned home. Mr Dredge spent many hours with us, he did not receive any commission from our home purchase. We said that if we ever sold our home Mr Dredge would be our realtor. When we moved into our new home and was getting our old house ready too sell, he suggest that we update a few things and we did as suggested. We ended up selling for more money then I had originally thought possible. I asked once how long he has been in the biz, he said around 40 years and his experience shows.
