Yuri is the consummate professional. Nothing is too much and no detail is overlooked. You need to work with him to get the best results but he makes clear what he needs from the owners at the outset. He will do his utmost to get you the result you are looking for but listen to his counselling. He knows what he is doing - he will be very realistic with his assessments. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions and needed a lot of hand holding in order to understand the needs for our family at present, and in the future. Yuriy took us on multiple tours and from that we were able to identify the key neighbourhoods that we wanted to look at. When it came down to negotiations, Yuriy proceeded on an evidence based approach and used comparables to indicate the top price we should pay for various properties, and when to walk away. His familiarity with strata assisted us in spotting red flags in disclosure documents. We were also aided greatly by his recommendation for a mortgage broker. It was a fantastic experience and we will use him again and highly recommend him to anyone.
