We looked for a new house for a long time.Tracie took us to more places then I can count. She actually made it fun, it was like hanging out with a friend. In that time she was always quick to get back with phone calls and messages. We bought a new place and sold ours. Tracie was wonderful to work with. She knew the neighbourhoods well and wasn't afraid to tell me when I shouldn't bother with a particular area. She took the time to understand my must have's and wants in a house, and sometimes seemed to understand that better than I did! She knew before I admitted it when we'd found the perfect house! Tracie made finding and purchasing our first home easy. She shared online tools with us that would help us narrow down the search to fit our criteria. We were always in the know of new homes that went up for sale, pricing changes and ones that had been taken off the market. We never felt alone in the process, as she was always in communication with us and was willing to answer any question that we had, even if it seemed silly. As first time home buyers we knew nothing, but with Tracie's help we have a better understanding of the home we purchased and we got through it with more knowledge of the process. We now have a home that we can build a future in and I couldn't have ask for better support.

<p>Tracie is honest, patient, cheerful and easy to talk. Prior to putting an offer in on our present home, my husband and I had asked for a showing three times. At each showing, Tracie answered all our questions and when she didn't have an answer, she was quick at finding it. During the writing of our offer to purchase, she explained everything clearly and during negotiations, she was tough. We felt confident that she was truly working on our behalf and, as a result, we got our house at a fair price with no surprises.</p>

Tracie was such a welcome partner in my difficult situation - you quickly feel that she really cares that you get the right home and will be happy in it. I had some challenges due to my situation trying to get the offer completed, and Tracie patiently battled through each obstacle. And the relationship does not end at the sale - she continues to touch base and help out. Highly recommended.
