Tracie made finding and purchasing our first home easy. She shared online tools with us that would help us narrow down the search to fit our criteria. We were always in the know of new homes that went up for sale, pricing changes and ones that had been taken off the market. We never felt alone in the process, as she was always in communication with us and was willing to answer any question that we had, even if it seemed silly. As first time home buyers we knew nothing, but with Tracie's help we have a better understanding of the home we purchased and we got through it with more knowledge of the process. We now have a home that we can build a future in and I couldn't have ask for better support.

At each showing, Tracie answered all our questions and when she didn't have an answer, she was quick at finding it. We felt confident that she was truly working on our behalf and, as a result, we got our house at a fair price with no surprises.</p>

I had some challenges due to my situation trying to get the offer completed, and Tracie patiently battled through each obstacle.
