Our experience with Tracie has been impeccable. Despite buying a property in a different province, in the middle of a pandemic, with a young baby, Tracie went above and beyond to reassure and accommodate us. She was super-agile, able to quickly (re-)schedule house visits while we were driving down to Kingston, calling up experts for quick Q&A, doing last-minute video visits, etc. What we appreciated a lot was the fact that she cared about us, trying to understand what we were really after, being continuously available via phone/email, warning us for (often hidden) deficiencies in a property and even referring us to other home experts that we would need (e.g., for inspection). Above all, Tracie has a great sense of humor, making our interactions with her a lot of fun, even for the baby :-) In brief, we absolutely recommend Tracie!

Tracie was phenomenal to work with. It was quickly apparent that her years of experience were a valuable asset in our selection of our home. She listened to our needs and wants and showed us several homes in our area of interest. She pointed out great qualities in homes that I may not have thought to look for and also pointed out areas that may cause concern in the future. You could tell that Tracie has built great relationships within the realtor community. She was always able to quickly secure us a showing and was always able to get back to us with answers to any questions we had promptly. I would absolutely recommend Tracie to others who are looking to buy or list their property.

Tracie is great for first time buyers and also for seasoned buyers. Responds in a timely manner. Works hard to get what her client is needing. She is very professional and accommodating.

Tracie was wonderful to work with. She knew the neighbourhoods well and wasn't afraid to tell me when I shouldn't bother with a particular area. She took the time to understand my must have's and wants in a house, and sometimes seemed to understand that better than I did! She knew before I admitted it when we'd found the perfect house!
