Within minutes of meeting Tracie we knew we had found someone who could navigate us through the process of buying a home for the first time. We learned a great deal from her, all while receiving excellent service, feedback and advice. Moving due to a work relocation, Tracie made the stressful house hunting trip a pleasant experience. Having helped military members move before, she helped us tremendously in dealing with the pressure of finding a home in a short period of time. Tracie, we had an awesome experience. Tracie is Great!. I have used her skills twice and would recommend her to anyone. She has very good personal skills and works very hard to get you the best price for the home you wish to purchase.She is very knowledgeable about the market in this area and up to date. Tracie was fantastic! I was a first time buyer, in a time crunch for purchasing, very specific neighborhood for school, and of course financial boundaries.
