It was a pleasure having Tracie as our agent in our cottage search and purchase. She was incredibly helpful, always cheerful, and very trustworthy, which is so important with such a big decision. You need to be able to trust your agent; and we always felt we were in good hands with Tracie, greatly appreciating her advice and guidance. Tracie was excellent to work with in all aspects. She was very responsive to inquires and if she did not know something, she would research it and get right back to us. It was a long, difficult search due to the strange covid market, but Tracie was patient and professional and always gave an honest opinion. She quickly learned and understood our style and needs. Her guidance saved us from some mistakes and ultimately lead us to the perfect house. In our opinion, Tracie went above and beyond.
