Being someone who has had to relocate for work several times in my career I have had lots of dealings with Realtors. I must admit all my previous experiences have left me with a not so good favorability with Realtors in general. My conclusion was that most of them are sweet talkers pretending to be concerned, however, they have one thing in common, that is to push me into buying a property so they get their check. My opinion and favorability changed when I started working with Tracie. Instead of being pushy she instead was more on making me put some brakes, asking questions that allowed me to evaluate each property not just on its pros, but also the cons. She really made me feel comfortable realizing she was not just wanting me to buy a property, but also wanted to make sure I buy a property I will be happy with for the rest of my life. Tracie is very knowledgeable and she applies her experience and expertise to the greatest benefit of her Clients even at the expense of other friendly Realtors. I have recommended Tracie to friends and relatives who all come back with the same good favorability working with Tracie such that I feel confident to recommend Tracie to anybody selling or buying a house.

Tracie is amazing. We were literally all over the place in figuring out what we wanted, and buying a property from a distance, and doing it during COVID in a very challenging market. Tracie gave us space to figure out our needs, guiding us, informing us, supporting us --and sticking with us -- as we figured it out. She is incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, and available. She draws from 2 generations of experience to give sound advice without being pushy, and she is honest and straightforward. When we had an offer accepted, Tracie drew on her extensive connections - home inspectors, water testers, lawyers, mortgage brokers (we were highly satisfied with all of them ) - to make the purchase process go smoothly and expediently. And did I mention that she is very funny with a warm easy going personality? We are going to miss her now that this journey is over. Tracie has my absolutely highest recommendation.

Tracie is compassionate and dedicated. She works hard, even coming to the house to help with cleaning and staging on photo day. She gives kind and honest advice on how to prepare for showing and is very patient with our many questions. This is our second time working with her and I'd work with her again in a heartbeat.

Tracie is a wonderful and thoughtful agent. We've now used her services to buy 2 homes and sell 1. She always kept us up-to-date on the market trends, listings and processes. We felt very comfortable with her expert advice and we knew she had our best interests at heart. She worked with us as we looked at re-sale homes and gave us great advice to purchase a new build home that better suited our needs without the constant showings and bidding wars. She worked with us to give advice on which home elements to upgrade and on timeless design trends that would maintain the value of our home. Our new home was ready just as the COVID-19 pandemic began so we had to list our house in April 2020. Tracie was very informed of the real estate process during the crisis and gave us the best advice she could during the time of constant industry change. We are very happy with how our sale turned out considering the pandemic. We are very grateful that we had Tracie on our side throughout the years. I would not trust anyone else with my real estate needs. Tracie always responded to our texts, calls and emails quickly. She gave advice based on her years of experience and we are very happy with how things turned out. We would (and do) recommend Tracie to anyone who is buying or selling a home in Kingston.
