Tracie worked very hard to find our new home in Kingston. As we were new to the area, she helped familiarized us with different neighbourhoods and their advantages and disadvantages. She is very knowledgeable about the marketplace, pricing, community services and trending areas. Then, she really listened to what we were looking for in our new home and despite limited inventory and multiple offers on some properties, we acted swiftly to get our dream home in just weeks. After the purchase, she didn’t stop helping by recommending local businesses, a legal team and even helped coordinating the move. She checked in regularly to see if there was anything we needed. As out-of-towners, Tracie provided an excellent introduction to the city and what type of people live here. With the friendliness, caring and professionalism demonstrated by Tracie, we know we landed (softly) in a place we can now call home. Thanks so much Tracie. We will recommend you to others!! Being someone who has had to relocate for work several times in my career I have had lots of dealings with Realtors. I must admit all my previous experiences have left me with a not so good favorability with Realtors in general. My conclusion was that most of them are sweet talkers pretending to be concerned, however, they have one thing in common, that is to push me into buying a property so they get their check. My opinion and favorability changed when I started working with Tracie. Instead of being pushy she instead was more on making me put some brakes, asking questions that allowed me to evaluate each property not just on its pros, but also the cons. She really made me feel comfortable realizing she was not just wanting me to buy a property, but also wanted to make sure I buy a property I will be happy with for the rest of my life. Tracie is very knowledgeable and she applies her experience and expertise to the greatest benefit of her Clients even at the expense of other friendly Realtors.
