I had the pleasure of working with Tracie during my recent home buying and selling experience. I cannot recommend her highly enough! Tracie was consistently available and always willing to answer questions and offer reassurance during a stressful (to me) process. Her knowledge, honestly and professionalism sets her apart. She not only acted as a trusted advisor but also cultivated a sense of friendship that made the experience more enjoyable. I'm very grateful for all that Tracie's done for me!

Tracie did an amazing job! There were several issues that arose from a short closing timeline, but Tracie worked to keep everyone on track, and helped us navigate to a successful closing.

We contacted Tracie after she was very highly recommended by two close friends. One of their comments was "Tracie is the only one to contact as she will most certainly take care of you". They were most certainly right! Tracie listed our home, a restored 1850 stone house, which we thought would take some time to sell, and it was unconditionally sold within 10 days of the listing. Tracie's marketing technique was above reproach and it certainly paid dividends. We cannot recommend Tracie and her team too highly!

Tracie was very supportive of our situation. She was quick to find us homes to look at. She was diligent in keeping on top of any "hiccups" that would hinder our purchase. Tracie made great suggestions when assisting in our purchase. We would definitely call on her again!
