Tim was very helpful with the purchase of our first home. He was always available and extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and gave us a lot more confidence. When we were hesitating about placing an offer, he managed to schedule a second viewing for us during a busy day for him in between clients. That second viewing allowed us to make a decision and we really appreciated his availability and prompt response. When negotiating the price, Tim was also of immense help as he managed to negotiate for us in a difficult market. This showcases his knowledge and experience of the value of the house and the neighborhood. We would absolutely recommend Tim to anyone looking for a property as we had a wonderful experience with him.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and we had no idea what to expect with the home buying process. Tim was always there to answer the MANY questions that we had, and it didn't matter what time of day we reached out, Tim would be very quick in getting back to us. We never felt any pressure from Tim and felt like he truly wanted us to find the perfect home as much as we did. When we found a house that we wanted to put an offer on, Tim was very good at clearly explaining the process to us and guiding us through it. My husband and I also felt very comfortable around Tim as he is an approachable, friendly person who makes you feel at ease during a process that can be nerve-wracking! If we decide to buy/sell in the future, we will definitely be using Tim again and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent as we were very happy with the services provided by Tim.

Tim was our realtor for the purchase of our new condo. He is very knowledgeable about the northwest Calgary area. Tim is always quick to respond to questions or emails, and flexible in setting up appointments. We would use him again for a purchase or sale in Calgary. Highly recommend! In fact, that is what we did. With Tim as our realtor for the sale of our home, it was quickly sold. The entire process was seamless.
