I have known Tim for a few years now and have done many transactions with him during that time. He has always been straight forward, honest and easy to deal with making the buying and selling process very easy for me. I would highly recommend using Tim for your real estate needs.

Even the market was a really one to be in, Tim was highly motivated in helping us sell our house. At that point, our house was completely vacant and we had moved all the way back to Quebec, but Tim made us feel safe and in good hands at all times. He would always keep us posted on showings and always provided feedback in a timely manner. I feel as though Tim really understood our struggles and did everything in his power to make the process peace of mind. Highly recommend working with Tim as he will take the right time to sell, and will keep you as involved as you want to be throughout the entire process!
