On our first meeting, Sylvie "read" my needs perfectly. She instinctively knew that I needed her physical presence to navigate the sale of my condo. So she was there with me every step of the way. She was an ENORMOUS help to me not only materially (concretely), but psychologically as well. At 75, I’m not as swift as I used to be to think things through and make decisions. Sylvie always explained both sides of the issue at hand, and let me totally free to make my choice. She is not only an extremely competent professional, but also a very compassionate human being, which in her line of work is a precious asset.
