We contacted Sylvie Begin when we wanted to sell our condo. Sylvie came and did a thorough inspection of the place and brought some comparable to show us. She suggested a price (which we found to be very high) and were not really comfortable with this price. But, in the end, we thought: she is the pro, not us! So,it was put for sale at this price and needless to say that we were crazy happy when, 8 days later, we received an offer at 10%+ over our asking price!!!!! Thank you soooooo very much Sylvie! You really know your business and the market! We mostly appreciated your words to calm us down when stress was getting the best of us. We first met Sylvie back in 2017 when we were deciding whether to rent or sell our Quinterra home. Out of the 3 agents we interviewed, Sylvie’s experience and knowedge clearly demonstrated to us why she is the “Queen of Quinterra”. Even though we decided to rent our home in 2017, Sylvie stayed in touch until we decided to sell in late 2020.
