Sylvie was a pleasure to work with. She knew our area very well, and her advice was very helpful. Her arrangement for staging and her presentation and photos of our property was great and resulted in many showings. Sylvie was fast en effective in her sale of my condo. She is very organized and had done her research prior to our initial meeting. She met with me to discuss comparables, her assessment of my condo unit and her work plan for the sale. If you have a tenant, she will meet with them to go over the logistics. My condo sold for over asking and I would definitely use her services again to sell a property.

We contacted Sylvie Begin when we wanted to sell our condo. Sylvie came and did a thorough inspection of the place and brought some comparable to show us. She suggested a price (which we found to be very high) and were not really comfortable with this price. But, in the end, we thought: she is the pro, not us! So,it was put for sale at this price and needless to say that we were crazy happy when, 8 days later, we received an offer at 10%+ over our asking price!!!!! Thank you soooooo very much Sylvie! We first met Sylvie back in 2017 when we were deciding whether to rent or sell our Quinterra home.
