Sylvie was our agent of choice after meeting with two others. She was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We never felt like just a listing to her. She knew the area and the market well. Professional, timely and friendly, we could always reach her with any concern. From initial contact and first meeting we never felt rushed in any of our discussions. Through picture taking and movie making during these trying times, to selling and signing, a truly pleasant and highly successful experience with Sylvie.

Sylvie is very prompt. Shortly after we met Sylvie to arrange the sale of our condo, we left Canada with limited telephone contact. She text messaged and emailed to us for the sale immediately after the listing. When we sent her texts or email messages even at 5 am or 10 pm in Ottawa, she replied to us right away. We were very impressed by her professionalism. In addition, she is very pleasant to talk. We are very lucky to contact her for the sale of our condo.

Sylvie is honest, energetic, hard-working and has a social conscience, helping less fortunate people with some of her fees. She is very accurate when it comes to advice on sale price and best times to list. She follows up on every visit for feedback which she shares quickly. She has assembled an excellent team who assist her efforts in marketing, social media, administrative duties and has buyers’ agents on the team. She is fluently bilingual. I would highly recommend Sylvie and her team.

I had originally listed with an agent from another company who, after 3 months, had not been successful selling my mother's home, which showed very well and was meticulously maintained. His "fix" was to drop the price by $30,000! At this point, I went looking for a new agent and was referred to Sylvie by a colleague. Sylvie is a treasure and wonderful to work with. She has extensive knowledge of the real estate market in Ottawa, is well-connected, professional, ethical, and her experience is evident. She didn't drop the price. The listing went on MLS late on a Thursday, an open house was held Saturday and the house SOLD FOR OVER ASKING on Thanksgiving Sunday! It closed 2 weeks later and a quick close it what I wanted as the house was unoccupied. I highly recommend Sylvie if you're selling your home. I couldn't be happier!
