Following our initial meeting with Sylvie it took us no time at all to decide to list our condo with her. Not only is she very professional but her pleasant personality, enthusiasm and energy made her the obvious choice. Being first time sellers we were totally unfamiliar with the process and had lots of questions. Sylvie answered them all and throughout each phase kept us involved and informed through visits, emails and phone calls. She is very easy to talk to, was always on top of everything that had to be done and her cheerful and friendly nature made working with her a real pleasure. Sylvie and her team handled all the details making the whole process a very simple one for us and we couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Thanks to her and her team we accepted an offer on our condo in just 3 days and would highly recommend them to anyone considering selling their condo or house.
