We are so happy to have found both Stephen and his wife Faye when looking for our home! We were first-time home-buyers and we needed specific details and had to learn about the whole process and face other challenges. They both ensured we had everything we needed and gave us the right network and people to connect to during the whole process. Both are very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and great people to work with. They practiced and encouraged health & safety (covid) protocols. We will work with them again and definitely recommend them!

At first, me and my partner were not sure if we would need a real estate agent or we would just go to the builder directly for a new house, until Stephen and Faye was introduced to us. They directly answered our questions truthfully, educated us on the pros and cons of a new house as well as well as the advantages and disadvantages of a mature neighborhood. They were very direct to the point, guided us the selection process, offer/negotiation process, up to possession. These are the qualities of an excellent realtor. They were not pressuring us, they let us take our time, every house that we went to check out-they pointed out the good and the bad of it, including if it is overpriced or undervalued. They also accommodated our very busy family schedule and are always prompt in answering our inquiries and questions. Stephen and Faye are beyond 5-star rating. They went above and beyond as our realtor. We moved into our first home with no stress and no regrets due to the efforts of Stephen and Faye in guiding us find our "home sweet home".
