I purchased a home with Shannon and I was 400 km away so I could not do much on my own. His communication was excellent. He would respond to questions at 7am or 11pm, worked non stop and went above and beyond. He went to city hall and pulled old permits and records, stuff I never would have considered. Highly recommend him.

Shannon was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and always willing to help. My spouse was in BC working and I was finishing up in Alberta, Shannon was extremely accommodating with our schedules when it came to finding and showing properties. Coming in from another province you have no idea what is required once you find a property so we relied upon Shannon for contacts for inspections, insurance, utilities - everything we needed. He walked us through the whole process and made sure that we understood everything all the way through. I truly believe that this wouldn't have been such a positive experience without all his help.
