This is was our second time working with Sean and we were once again glad to have done so! Sean has great knowledge of the current market and was able to set and and stage our apartment beautifully. Due to external circumstances we were working on a very tight time frame and Sean had our apartment sold at a price that exceeded our expectations within 2 and a half weeks from our first phone call. An amazing turnaround time and result. We highly recommend Sean as a Realtor (and have done many times!) and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Wow! What a great buying experience with Sean! Sean assisted me in a move back to Canada from the U.S., and everything went extremely smooth. From lining up 24 properties for me to view in a very limited time that I was in B.C., to writing the offer; getting it presented and accepted; to follow through until closing, Sean has on top of every process. I was able to buy a beautiful property that I am very happy with, and am looking forward to settling in and exploring my new area. Thank you Sean for making this process seem seamless! Even through torrential rain, and wind storms, we plugged along looking at every listing in detail. Sean tuned in very quickly to what I liked, and didn't like, and didn't waste my time trying to convince me that a property might be what I was looking for. He knew as soon as we walked in to a unit whether I would like it or not. For someone who was limited on time, this was amazing!
