Sean was very professional and was able to navigate the complexities of Covid 19. We listed our house one week before Covid 19 hit Vancouver and the whole real estate industry had to pivot to keep the market moving. The property that Sean helped me with was a property entrusted to me by a very dear friend who passed away earlier this year! I took this task very seriously and was determined to find the perfect agent to help me. I actually interviewed three different agents from three different companies snd when I met Sean , I immediately knew I had found the perfect match for me to get the promise that I had made to Jim fulfilled Sean was open, friendly and I felt he listened to me and heard what I wanted. He was very prompt in making things happen like getting the subjects removed as well as recommending good home inspectors and real estate lawyers to make sure my next home is one I am comfortable living in. He has a good idea which homes have good layouts in terms of square foot optimization and for choosing homes that are right for my needs. This is was our second time working with Sean and we were once again glad to have done so! Sean has great knowledge of the current market and was able to set and and stage our apartment beautifully.
