He was very prompt in making things happen like getting the subjects removed as well as recommending good home inspectors and real estate lawyers to make sure my next home is one I am comfortable living in. He has a good idea which homes have good layouts in terms of square foot optimization and for choosing homes that are right for my needs. He also made sure I sign all the proper documentation that I need when making an offer that cover everything I need.

Sean is very professional, and we really appreciate his help with the sale of our townhouse and a purchase of our new house. He made our transition during the pandemic as smooth as possible.

This is was our second time working with Sean and we were once again glad to have done so! Sean has great knowledge of the current market and was able to set and and stage our apartment beautifully. Due to external circumstances we were working on a very tight time frame and Sean had our apartment sold at a price that exceeded our expectations within 2 and a half weeks from our first phone call. Wow! What a great buying experience with Sean! Sean assisted me in a move back to Canada from the U.S., and everything went extremely smooth. From lining up 24 properties for me to view in a very limited time that I was in B.C., to writing the offer; getting it presented and accepted; to follow through until closing, Sean has on top of every process.
