We met Shawn in person a year after contacting him.After just meeting and viewing a couple of listing, we were in throws of an offer situation. It turned into the the need for a cool head and details to make our offer subject free with confidence, he's provided it. He was a great realtor. Thanks Shawn.

Choosing Sean as our realtor was such an important decision and we are very glad to have worked with him. Admittedly, we have a reasonable initial skepticism of most salespeople/realtors/"smooth-talkers" but after a few interactions, we realized that Sean's approach was actually genuine. He was professional with his communication, easy to reach, hard working, detail-oriented, experienced, and very pleasant to work with. His calm demeanour and positive attitude, while still being straight forward, were very much appreciated while we went through what is typically one of the most stressful decisions/times of life. He put solid effort into doing the best he could to sell our home and the work really paid off. Excellent knowledge base and insights. We never got the impression that he wanted to rush us through the process in order to make his money and move on to the next client; he even helped sort some things out after all the completion dates had passed. We are very comfortable recommending him to others and have done so over the past month or two.

I highly recommend Sean! He's an amazing realtor, his friendly demeanor made sure there was no pressure on any decisions made. I asked a lot of questions and he understood very clearly what I wanted. As a first home buyer, he was very informative and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process.

Sean was great! Although he wanted us to look around a little bit more than we did before we bought our place, he helped us put the right people in the right place at the right time. Sean went above and beyond the whole way through. Selling and moving can be so stressful but Sean provided clear and professional guidance through each step of the way. He worked with the needs of our family in navigating showings and photographs of our place. Sean stepped in to help far beyond the role of our real estate agent by lending a hand when the movers left us hanging. We could not recommend Sean too highly. We’d choose him again in a heartbeat.
