<p>I originally hired Sean in 2010 to help me purchase my first home. Being a first time buyer, it was invaluable to have Sean's support and knowledge guide me through the process. He did such a great job finding me a home I loved that I didn't hesitate to ask him to help me when I decided to sell this past July. He did such a superb job of marketing my condo and attracting traffic to the open house, that the property sold for considerably over asking, with multiple offers, only one week after listing!<br /> Through this entire process, Sean was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had and to clearly outline the steps required to complete the sale.<br /> I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sean as a Realtor.</p>

<p>When I think of Sean, the word that comes to mind is, patient. Three years ago I tried to sell an investment condo with Sean, but due to the building condition, and my bottom price point, it did not sell. When I decided to sell again, I called Sean, and he was more than glad to attempt again. The property sold in 8 days, and Sean was excellent to work with throughout the process.<br /> Sean is professional, he was patient while I weighed decisions, and gave opinions and direction when requested. He has an eye for design, and will give you valuable pointers on how to make your property appealing to sell. <p>We first met Sean when we he was selling a property on the same block as our rented home, he straight away sent us an informative guide to buying a home in Vancouver and from then we knew we wanted him to be our realtor! Being British having a dedicated realtor was new to us and Sean helped us easily negotiate the fast paced Vancouver market. He was informative, observant to our needs, and always willing to go that extra step. We look forward to working with him in the future and will definitely be recommending him to friends.</p>

<p>Sean is a fantastic agent - professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for his clients. In fact, I can't imagine that there are any agents that work harder for their clients than Sean did for us. As buyers in what was at the time Vancouver's red hot seller's market, we knew had a near-impossible task ahead of us, and especially so because we moved from California and were unfamiliar with many of the real estate practices here. Sean helped us navigate the whole process with unfailing patience and a tremendous amount of expertise. In a market where houses were getting snapped up before the open houses ended and bidding wars and cash offers are the norm, Sean helped us get our dream home for UNDER ASKING PRICE (keep in mind that this is in an environment where homes were routinely going over asking price). The way it happened is that he saw it come on the market and immediately knew it was right for us, and got us an appointment even before the open house so we could get an early offer in. He worked around the clock to put together the offer and even presented it to the owners himself the very next day. I really think that the personal touch mattered, and we're very grateful for all his help.</p>
