Sean was great - there for us every step of the way. He helped with advice on how to prep and stage our house for showing, a strategy for offers to try and get the highest price in a sellers' market, and market surveys to insure we asked the right price, and didn't pay too much for our new place. I couldn't ask for more from an agent!

Sean did an amazing job through the entire process. I have never before had such an easy and professional experience with a realtor -- from recommending great packers, movers, arranging to have a fence erected on our move-in date, paying for professional cleaners on our move-out date, an amazing gift basket, etc, etc...I would never use anyone else if I had the choice.

Sean has been working with us for three years as we slowly familiarized ourselves with a variety of choices and markets surrounding greater Vancouver, and as we were considering our choices in retirement. He even visited our home to discern what our tastes might be as we sought a new home. He was unflaggingly cheerful, timely, and direct. Sean was quick to point out the value in a possible purchase, and also some of the things to consider which may not suit us. In the end, he was also an excellent bargainer, and we bought for below the expected price even in a desperately hot market. I have recommended him to our friend and family, and would definitely use his services again. One last note - his service after the deal was complete, and after the close, was excellent - helping us with suggestions for all of the variety of services that might be needed when moving. He was there on the first day of possession, making sure that the home was clean and complete - and with a gift basket of necessities and small luxuries that we may have forgotten ourselves. If one needs a realtor, i suggest Sean will be an excellent choice!

Once I decided to make an offer, Sean put together all the documents and took me through the whole process from negotiations, subject removal and closing. And what a journey and learning experience it was for this first time home buyer! For something as important as a first home and for such an investment, I am very grateful that I had Sean as my agent.
