His quote was $50K higher than another agent I consulted. Sean was able to sell my place in a week, securing 5 offers, and ultimately selling $60K over ask. Not only is he skilled in his craft, but is very kind and personable. I am thrilled to have called Sean to sell my condo, and am also lucky to call him a friend now. Sean has now been our Realtor for our first home purchase and sale. He was able to put is in touch with a mortgage broker that approved for a mortgage within a matter of days. What's more he gifted us the most beautiful gift basket that included a carefully curated selection of household items and more. I am absolutely blown away by the service Sean provided! I originally met Sean at an open house and was immediately impressed by his knowledge of the home and area; I was used to many agents not being familiar with generic questions and clearly only being a “sales” person. Sean knew everything about the house as if he had built the house himself and lived there 20 years. I worked with Sean for 2 years, mainly because my needs and budget changed several times - from a condo downtown, to a house with a suite in the Fraser Valley, etc. Sean was always patient and understanding despite my forever changing requirements. Sean would send me personalized emails which highlighted new homes that most met my requirements. He was always available by phone and spent a lot of time attending showings with me (even for houses that probably wouldn’t work, just so he could better understand what I do and don’t like in a home down to the minute details). Sean made me feel like he was 100% working for and with me. There was never any pressure to make a move or an offer on anything that wasn’t 100% the perfect fit. After seeing many, many houses, I eventually found my dream home thanks to Sean! When it came to listing my place, Sean went over and above. I had a small condo in Surrey, but I got the exact same treatment as someone listing a $5M home. He professionally staged my place from top to bottom, arranged for a professional photographer and video (complete with drone shots!). I had multiple offers on the first day listed. After some back and forth negotiations, I accepted an offer that was well-above asking (and their original offer), AND with a closing date 3 months out (which I knew would be hard to get in this market as everyone wants a quick possession). There’s 1,000s of other wonderful things Sean did for me throughout the process, but it all just blends together. Sean is a genuinely wonderful person, a professional agent, and I will be forever thankful I used him for the purchase and sale of my homes. I would use him again in the future (hopefully I never have to leave my dream home though), and would very strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent. Thank you Sean!
