Sean helped us buy our first home and guided us through the entire home buying process with patience, kindness, and enthusiasm. He always made sure our questions were answered thoroughly and promptly, at all times of day. Sean made us feel like we were his only clients. Even when we had closed on our home and had the keys in hand, Sean continued to answer our questions as they arose. We can't recommend Sean enough, and will be using his services again when we decide to move.

He got us into a showing for our dream townhome on the very first day it hit the market, and then worked with us to get our offer in the very next day. Choosing Sean as our realtor was such an important decision and we are very glad to have worked with him. Admittedly, we have a reasonable initial skepticism of most salespeople/realtors/"smooth-talkers" but after a few interactions, we realized that Sean's approach was actually genuine. He was professional with his communication, easy to reach, hard working, detail-oriented, experienced, and very pleasant to work with. His calm demeanour and positive attitude, while still being straight forward, were very much appreciated while we went through what is typically one of the most stressful decisions/times of life. He put solid effort into doing the best he could to sell our home and the work really paid off. Excellent knowledge base and insights. We never got the impression that he wanted to rush us through the process in order to make his money and move on to the next client; he even helped sort some things out after all the completion dates had passed. Sean was great! Although he wanted us to look around a little bit more than we did before we bought our place, he helped us put the right people in the right place at the right time. He was very knowledgeable when we had questions about the process. And, I think he was tougher than we were expecting but listened to what we wanted.
