Working with Sarah in searching for and buying my first home was such a pleasure. Sarah was incredibly patient as I am very particular and even changed the type of property I was interested in part way through my search. We toured many properties together and I thoroughly appreciated Sarah's input on neighbourhoods and feedback she offered on properties we viewed. There was no rush or pressure to purchase something and I feel that Sarah really wanted to help me find the right home. Sarah is very professional, knowledgeable and has great communication skills. I would certainly recommend Sarah's services to my family and friends. And while I hope I don't have to look at buying another home anytime soon, I would not hesitate to use Sarah again as my realtor.

She is very great at building genuine relationships and always has some great recommendations from mortgage brokers, to real estate lawyers. She put in alot of effort in creating our home search website and even through out the many changes we had in terms of location she was always happy to update the website for us. She connected us to some amazing people, and she is someone we would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Sarah was a fantastic asset as we searched for our unicorn property. It took almost 2 years to find it and her patience and diligence in supporting us was beyond amazing. Add to that how easy she is to work with, that she gets back to you quickly and her knowledge of the market and I would recommend her time and time again!
