Sarah has facilitated the purchase and sale of our first home, and the purchase of our second. She was always available to answer questions, provide contractor referrals, and travel to viewings. She never pressured us throughout the twists and turns of our search. We highly recommend her.

Sarah is an outstanding realtor. From start to finish, the process of buying a new home and selling our existing one was very easy. Sarah really listened to what we wanted and was able to find a multitude of suitable options. She has a wealth of knowledge about the city and the real estate market which helped in our search. Most impressive was her ability to find buyers for our existing house as it is a bit of a quirky property. We loved Sarah’s upbeat personality and calm demeanour, in addition to her honesty and solid advice. She deserves the highest possible rating!

Sarah was the best agent you could ask for! She “got it” right away and knew what we were after. She is tenacious and patient, as we started and stopped our search several times due to life getting in the way. She is brilliant with all parts of the process and well versed with the various minutiae that come with each new step. Her Rolodex is filled with veterans from every facet of home ownership from other helpful agents to inspectors and repair. Sarah also is big on personal touches! We were out of town when our keys were delivered. Not only did she get our keys. She went to our home and left a welcome basket with everything you would need when you’re moving in! The coup de gras being a bottle of Veuve Clicquo complete with two mini plastic wine glasses ! But it had all the useful items: paper towels, furniture felts etc.

Sarah is amazing! She took the time to get to know us and understand what was important to us for our new home. She was very knowledgeable and advocated for us.
