How did I overcome any expectations you had about Realtors in general, or the process of buying/selling your home? We had a bit of a bad taste in our mouth from previous experiences where we felt the transaction was merely about the commission for the realtor. You listened to what we were looking for in a house and provided us with options to consider. You were patient and never gave us the impression we should hurry up and buy a property just so you could get paid. It wasn’t about a paycheque for you but about helping find our home. How did you feel my services benefited you? Was there anything I did that helped you save time, money, hassles, or make the process easier? As mentioned above, you listened. It was about what we wanted, not what you wanted. We could have bought any number of houses but you helped us to find the right one and not risk the chance we may have to do this all over again a few years down the road. Your negotiations skills got us some extra items (some we didn’t even consider) and at a really reasonable price! Would you feel comfortable introducing me to your friends, family and neighbours who you know can use my help? Absolutely, without hesitation. What did you like most about working with me? No pressure to simply buy a house.You made us feel that finding a home for us was your priority.

Sarah did a great job for me in a multiple offer situation that ended with me acquiring my desired property. There were many obstacles that she thoroughly overcame and I closed with no issues. This agent is professional. Had set up viewing and had knowledge of each of the listings. If did not know a specific item would ensure that they obtained the information to provide a response.
