<p><br /> Sarah listened carefully to our needs and suggested viewing only the properties that were relevant to our needs. She spoke frankly, pointing out positives and negatives. She advised us to offer less than we originally wanted to and saved us a significant amount of money! After the deal was done, she continued to help us with referrals to contractors to make wanted changes and finding a forwarding address to help us get important mail to the previous owner. She continues to answer my texts immediately, when I am available - even into the evening. I won't hesitate to recommend Sarah to friends and family.</p>
