Sarah is very professional and knowledgeable. When I purchased my home, I was a first time buyer and she made the process very easy. She had my best interests at heart and helped make this experience a wonderful one. Sarah continues to be in touch with me which I enjoy. She truly cares about her clients. I will definitely be using Sarah again when I decide it’s time to sell and purchase a new home.

Sarah is rock star! She was extremely helpful understood exactly what it was that we needed. Our house had been on the market with another company for over a year, and when Sarah took over, we had an offer in two days!

How did I overcome any expectations you had about Realtors in general, or the process of buying/selling your home? We had a bit of a bad taste in our mouth from previous experiences where we felt the transaction was merely about the commission for the realtor. You listened to what we were looking for in a house and provided us with options to consider. You were patient and never gave us the impression we should hurry up and buy a property just so you could get paid. It wasn’t about a paycheque for you but about helping find our home. How did you feel my services benefited you? Was there anything I did that helped you save time, money, hassles, or make the process easier? As mentioned above, you listened. It was about what we wanted, not what you wanted. We could have bought any number of houses but you helped us to find the right one and not risk the chance we may have to do this all over again a few years down the road. Your negotiations skills got us some extra items (some we didn’t even consider) and at a really reasonable price! Would you feel comfortable introducing me to your friends, family and neighbours who you know can use my help? Absolutely, without hesitation. What did you like most about working with me? No pressure to simply buy a house.You made us feel that finding a home for us was your priority.
