We sold our home in the Estevan neighbourhood of Oak Bay in May of 2021, using Ryan as our seller's agent. Ryan was very responsive, communicated well, and friendly. He proposed a approach to selling our house that worked very well; by the time it was listed with MLS, there were already interested potential buyers ready to see it, and the house sold well above asking (which was also higher than we expected) in less than two days. Ryan managed the process very effectively; we knew at all times what was expected to happen next. We would certainly use Ryan again, and have no difficulty recommending him to others.
