He helped us find the perfect home in a great neighbourhood by listening to what was important to us, and being realistic when it came to viewing a variety of properties in Victoria. He also had great advice when it came to selling our current home, and was extremely prompt and professional in all his communication. Ryan helped us purchase our first home during the height of travel restrictions in March/April. This certainly was a challenge with us being out of town and not being able to view in-person. Ryan was very accomodating and helped us through multiple remote viewings and bids prior to finding the winner.

From the start, he was super friendly and never made me feel my 100lb dog was a difficult obstacle (like previous realtors had). He knows the island well (super helpful as I did not) and made the process really easy and fun! He was always quick to respond to my requests despite his busy schedule and was so positive we would find my dream home-- important since house hunting can sometimes leave you feeling impatient & disappointed! I also didn't have a car at the time so Ryan and Ashley were very accommodating, always being able to pick me up for open houses. During negotiations, he encouraged me to ask for what I wanted and never made me feel like a nuisance! I truly recommend Ryan for any and everyone who seeks a realtor. I'm so so happy with my home we found and feel so lucky to have found such a beautiful spot.

Ryan recently listed my condominium and it subsequently sold within two days. I was most impressed with his professionalism. He was at the same time forthright, courteous, punctual and was always readily available to  answer questions that arose. He is a real pro and clearly brings the same discipline to his chosen career in real estate as he did to his Olympic pursuits. I highly recommend him.
