In the space of a couple of months, Ryan helped me sell my late father's house and purchase my own condo. First and foremost, Ryan was always mindful of doing whatever he could to reduce the amount of stress that inevitably accompanies such big life changes. Ryan is kind, thoughtful, considerate and always conscious of minimizing disruptions and explaining procedures. I was so appreciative of how much he worked to accommodate my needs. In our first chat, I mentioned that I was looking for someone who hustled, but wasn't a hustler and Ryan definitely fit the bill!

Ryan was an AWESOME agent! We were very fortunate to have found Ryan who assisted us in finding and purchasing our home! Even in difficult situations, he was patient, working very hard and solved problems right away. He always replied to our emails swiftly even on weekend evenings! Ryan had a really good understanding of the local market and we would definitely use him again next time we buy or sell a home. Highly recommended!

Ryan recently helped us purchase our home in Victoria, and I couldn't recommend working with him enough! He was incredible the entire way through the process - from helping arrange viewings at convenient times, to helping scrutinize potential properties, to making offers and the negotiation phase. He was very responsive to all our communication. Most importantly he made us feel that he understood what we were looking for and helped us to find it - we never felt rushed or pushed to settle, if anything Ryan actually encouraged us to realize that what we wanted WAS out there and that we just had to be patient. We would certainly use him again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

What is there to say about Ryan Cochrane? Should I mention his commitment to responding in mere moments day, night, weekend, and holidays? Or his approachable and friendly yet knowledgeable demeanour? His willingness to provide an opinion and guidance while still allowing us to make decisions that make sense to us? It's impossible to choose, so we'll just mention them all! Our experience with Ryan was excellent, he was committed to our search, was willing to take the time to not only show us an endless stream of houses, but also to answer all of our questions as we went along. We were extremely impressed and appreciative of everything that he did for us.
