We moved to Victoria in Sept of 2024 and Ryan was our agent. He guided us through the process as we were moving from out of province. I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and our experience with him. We found that he is very professional and knowledgeable about the area and different housing options, kind and caring for his clients. He walked us through our purchase with a virtual tour so that we did not have to travel to Victoria to view the property encuring additional travel expenses. We learned early on during our first visit to Victoria to look for homes that Ryan has your best interests in mind and we found that we could completely trust his suggestions, experiences and input.
