I had the great pleasure of working with Ryan, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience. Here are some notable examples: There obviously can be some worries/concerns when buying a home, such as making a costly mistake, not fully understanding the market, perhaps some stress about negotiations, etc. Ryan was incredibly patient and informative, providing me with in-depth market insights and patiently answering all my questions. This made me much more confident in my decisions. I did not need to research other realtors in the area, as I already received a glowing recommendation from a previous client. Ryan was excellent to deal with! We were relocating from the Washington's Pacific Northwest back to home to Canada. We started communicating with Ryan in advance of our arrival on what we were looking for in an acreage home. Ryan did not disappoint! He had already sold other properties in the building/area and that was most beneficial. He explained in detail all/any transactions as they transpires.
