This made me much more confident in my decisions. I did not need to research other realtors in the area, as I already received a glowing recommendation from a previous client. He had already sold other properties in the building/area and that was most beneficial. He explained in detail all/any transactions as they transpires. I started my selling process in a challenging market and contracted with Ryan who worked his magic to sell my townhome in just under one week. Ryan is honest, experienced and professional at all times. What sets him apart from the rest in my view is that he is not pushy at all (a quality I seek especially in a realtor) yet he communicates frankly and clearly at all steps in the process.
