I cannot say enough great things about Ryan. Very professional approach to the type of home and area I was looking for as well giving me his insight into what his perspective was in the market. Always prepared when he showed up and when was sharing my concerns on every property for potential re-sale in the future. When I found my dream home the stat's showed this was way over my budget however with someone else putting in a bully offer Ryan suggested to try and I WON! Great advice from one of the best. Scott

We had a wonderful experience with Ryan from the Tulip Team as our real estate agent. As first-time home buyers in Ottawa, we were anxious and had lots of questions about the process. Ryan delivered an excellent starting presentation to familiarize us with the process and answered our questions right at the outset. When it came to looking at potential homes, Ryan was incredibly responsive (at one point meeting us to look at a house only hours after it was listed) and provided great information on neighbourhood comparables as well as how best to position ourselves to make a successful offer. His list of inspectors was high-quality and also great to deal with. We were able to find our dream home quickly and at the right price with Ryan's help, which was extremely impressive! We only have great things to say about Ryan's communication, attitude, and ability to find us a house we love. I'd highly recommend him as an agent in Ottawa's hot real estate market!
