Ryan is an absolutely incredible agent with so much knowledge. He helped with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our current home. He was so patient throughout the entire buying process and stuck with us through many showings until we found the exact right home for us. He knew what it would take to make our dreams a reality and did just that, within our budget. He also sold our house through a very busy time for us and made it all very simple. He was in communication with us through the entire weekend and in the end, sold our house for a great price! He’s quick to reply, always quick with answers to any questions and was very helpful with neighbourhood knowledge. We can’t speak highly enough of Ryan. If you’re looking for an agent with good values and morals, high knowledge of real estate and someone who always has your best interest at heart, Ryan is your guy.

We had a wonderful experience with Ryan from the Tulip Team as our real estate agent. As first-time home buyers in Ottawa, we were anxious and had lots of questions about the process. Ryan delivered an excellent starting presentation to familiarize us with the process and answered our questions right at the outset. When it came to looking at potential homes, Ryan was incredibly responsive (at one point meeting us to look at a house only hours after it was listed) and provided great information on neighbourhood comparables as well as how best to position ourselves to make a successful offer. His list of inspectors was high-quality and also great to deal with. We were able to find our dream home quickly and at the right price with Ryan's help, which was extremely impressive!
