Ryan is an amazing real estate agent to have by your side when going through the process of buying/selling a house. He was readily available every time I required his assistance and worked very quickly and efficiently. The entire process felt very smooth as Ryan was a step ahead the entire time, making sure that nothing was overlooked. Ryan definitely went above and beyond to ensure that every question I had was answered and every concern was addressed. Truth be told, my husband used to be a real estate agent so we actually weren't planning on using an agent to help us buy a property in Ottawa. We ended up changing our mind after seeing how hot the Ottawa market was getting and realizing how difficult it would be to handle on our own all the way from Toronto. Looking back, thank goodness we did because reaching out to Ryan was definitely the best decision we could have made! We are so thankful that we found Ryan because he helped to make what could have easily been a nightmare into the best experience you could possibly ask for. My husband and I were moving to Ottawa from Toronto so we definitely relied on Ryan for his opinion and guidance since we weren't able to view most of the properties in person ourselves. Buying a new home sight unseen might sound like a crazy thing to do when you're spending hundreds of thousands of dollars, but we found Ryan to be extremely knowledgeable with a good head on his shoulders so we absolutely trusted his feedback when he visited properties on our behalf. Although we encountered a few bumps in the road during our search - lots of rejected offers or getting outbid - Ryan was always so upbeat and positive which helped us to keep moving forward without getting too discouraged by the market conditions. Ryan was constantly in touch with us, giving us his opinions on our always-adapting strategies and, when it came time to make a move, Ryan always had everything prepared and ready to go for us. In a single word, Ryan is exceptional. We were so impressed with the job he did that we wished he were licensed in Quebec as well so that we could use him again to buy another property in Gatineau! Ryan did an outstanding job meeting our needs for finding, buying, listing, and successfully selling our home. When looking at prospective homes, Ryan gave us a great perspective of the market and set out realistic expectations on how to approach offers. With his strategy, we were able to find and close on a house within the first month of our search in the midst of busiest and most competitive housing market Ottawa has ever seen! When my wife and I went to sell our home, we were pretty nervous as we had a pretty unique property. Once again, Ryan was able to find comparables in the area, give us a proper market outlook, and created a masterful plan. The whole process was SEAMLESS and you couldn't ask for anything better (especially for a family with two kids under two). In the end, we got way over asking in less than a week. I would recommend Ryan to anyone looking for their first house, forever home, investment property, cottage, or anything else. He doesn't just meet expectations, he exceeds them. I've worked with numerous agents in my line of work but none that I trust as much as Ryan.

Ryan is an absolutely incredible agent with so much knowledge. He helped with the purchase of our new home and the sale of our current home. He was so patient throughout the entire buying process and stuck with us through many showings until we found the exact right home for us. He knew what it would take to make our dreams a reality and did just that, within our budget. He also sold our house through a very busy time for us and made it all very simple. He was in communication with us through the entire weekend and in the end, sold our house for a great price!
