We first had Ryan Brown as our agent in November 2020. We were so pleased with him, the attention, the knowledge, the clear communication, not to mention his extremely pleasant personality. We did not have to think twice, when we made the decision to sell. Ryan Brown, we feel so fortunate to have him working for us.

I have had prior experience with agents, to help with buying and/or selling. None have given me anything close to the personal, professional and highly qualified service that this real estate agent has given me. I highly recommend Ryan Brown to anyone requiring real estate services.

We were looking to buy our first house on and off for many years and were discouraged when the market changed drastically. When Ryan came along, we felt hopeful that he would help us find the perfect place. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but we never felt pressured to buy a place that wasn't right for us. He has a real knack for getting to know his clients and their needs. After looking at many houses and we found our dream home. Ryan worked his magic and we are very happy with our purchase!!!!

Working with Ryan was more amazing than we thought possible. As first time home buyers, we knew nothing about purchasing a home AND the market was not in our favour. With the low inventory of properties, it was a constant bidding war and, again, as first time home buyer we didn't have any equity to help us out. Ryan was always optimistic and so sure that we would find our dream starter home. He was extremely responsive and would always get back to me within an hour or two, but often quicker than that. He was always up for a showing and even multiples in a day. He connected us with our mortgage broker, whom we LOVE working with. And when the time came, he connected us with our lawyer. Truly a beginning to end level of service! His opinion was so valuable and we grew to trust his word about what would be too much to offer, problems with the homes, and he ALWAYS went above and beyond to find out more information about houses for us (utility costs, extra parking spaces, etc). It was definitely a tiring experience due to the way the market is right now and we sometimes thought about just giving up. But Ryan would send us another interesting house and off we went to try for another one. He was so convinced and driven to find us our home that it made us feel that way as well. While I'm glad the process is over, we're sad to not chat with Ryan regularly anymore and we will 100% work with him again + recommend him to everyone we know.

Ryan Brown (RE/MAX Agent)is a very knowledgeable a highly competent agent! He cares about his clients and holds their best interest to heart! He is very conscientious and trustworthy. The sale of my house was seamless from beginning to end and absolutely stress free! My house sold at TOP dollar in record time! I recommend Ryan highly!!
