I started my selling process in a challenging market and contracted with Ryan who worked his magic to sell my townhome in just under one week. Ryan is honest, experienced and professional at all times. What sets him apart from the rest in my view is that he is not pushy at all (a quality I seek especially in a realtor) yet he communicates frankly and clearly at all steps in the process. The timeliness of his communicates should also be highlighted. He gives appropriate advice according to his comprehensive knowledge of the market and this was key in securing such a quick, fair and smooth sale. Ryan came highly recommended and I will definitely be continuing on that path of sharing my experience with my contacts regarding the positive client service received from Ryan and the Tulip Team.

We first had Ryan Brown as our agent in November 2020. We were so pleased with him, the attention, the knowledge, the clear communication, not to mention his extremely pleasant personality. We were looking to buy our first house on and off for many years and were discouraged when the market changed drastically. When Ryan came along, we felt hopeful that he would help us find the perfect place. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but we never felt pressured to buy a place that wasn't right for us. He has a real knack for getting to know his clients and their needs. After looking at many houses and we found our dream home. Ryan worked his magic and we are very happy with our purchase!!!!

Working with Ryan was more amazing than we thought possible. As first time home buyers, we knew nothing about purchasing a home AND the market was not in our favour. With the low inventory of properties, it was a constant bidding war and, again, as first time home buyer we didn't have any equity to help us out. Ryan was always optimistic and so sure that we would find our dream starter home. He was extremely responsive and would always get back to me within an hour or two, but often quicker than that. He was always up for a showing and even multiples in a day. He connected us with our mortgage broker, whom we LOVE working with. And when the time came, he connected us with our lawyer. Truly a beginning to end level of service! His opinion was so valuable and we grew to trust his word about what would be too much to offer, problems with the homes, and he ALWAYS went above and beyond to find out more information about houses for us (utility costs, extra parking spaces, etc). It was definitely a tiring experience due to the way the market is right now and we sometimes thought about just giving up. But Ryan would send us another interesting house and off we went to try for another one. He was so convinced and driven to find us our home that it made us feel that way as well. While I'm glad the process is over, we're sad to not chat with Ryan regularly anymore and we will 100% work with him again + recommend him to everyone we know.
